location is good, but there are issues
small room few outlets
The location was good. It allowed easy access to various attractions and transportation options. (that's something i can appreciate.)
my room felt quite small, even for just myself. the bathroom fixtures seemed oddly low. there weren't enough outlets to charge my devices. (i guess i should have packed an extension cord.)

taxi service luggage storage
the location was ideal (very close to the main attractions). staff facilitated storing luggage before check-in while i had lunch. i also booked a reliable taxi service to the airport through the hotel.
the breakfast had limited hot options.

poor quality coffee maker
the location is excellent. it is close to many attractions.
the coffee maker was not of good quality and the coffee was not that good. there were no to-go cups available, and i was told i could not take coffee back to my room without paying extra. i found this quite inconvenient.

The location was special. The staff was helpful! Laura at the front desk showed very nice kindness.
The room was disappointingly small. It was hard to place my suitcase and move around. The room lacked sufficient power sockets for charging devices. This was really inconvenient.
